Peter Lang

After graduating from the University of New South Wales with Commerce degree in Accounting & Economics Peter became interested in the field of taxation with Arthur Anderson & Co., where he was engaged in Australian & international taxation planning & structuring. He subsequently was employed by Lend Lease and over several years became an integral part of the financial & costing systems development of the construction arm of the company (Civil & Civic Pty Ltd).

He commenced his Accounting practice in 1981. During the development of the practice Peter graduated in a postgraduate degree in education (Dip Ed) and was also admitted as a fellow of the Certified Practicing Accountants of Australia (CPA). Over the years he was a guest speaker at the Institute of Administration, Australian Society of Accountants, Sydney University, UTS and various colleges of TAFE.

In 1996 PLA Management Group was formed when it merged with its current partner Maria Gibson. The success of PLA Management Group is due to diversified and integrated skills of both partners and their ability to co-ordinate the multi level skills required to run a service oriented business.
